Up next in my Art of Chill series with Gillette, we’re looking at fitness and maintaining a regular exercise routine can help reduce the stress and irritation caused by everyday life.
No matter if your train at home, outside or in a gym, and if you do it alone or with friends. Keeping fit does wonders for the body and mind. I use my workouts as a way to shut off the rest of the world. My phone is off and no one can disturb me. The stronger and fitter I am, the bitter I feel (and look as an added bonus!).
